Emma Arakelyan will be the keynote speaker at the EY sponsored event “Innovation And You” in Washington DC. The event will also have panel discussions and interactive workshop to cover the following questions:
– Does technology and innovation increase gender parity or break down barriers?
– What skills are needed to keep up with the changing times during this Transformative Age?
– How do you create your personal brand and continue to empower your people?
The theme, Innovation and You, will highlight the ongoing change in the financial services industry, discuss how businesses can stay current and continue to empower our people to evolve in this ever-changing, diverse environment and integration of Gen Z and Millennials into the workforce.
Participants: 125 men and women from EY and EY clients in the Mid-Atlantic, such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, CSS, Capital One, The Carlyle Group, Vanguard, Navient, T Rowe Price and others at mid-management to executive levels.

Emma Arakelyan is a WCIT 2019 (www.wcit2019.org) Congress Content Committee Member and is leading Lightening Rounds Innovation Program at a Congress.
This year the Congress will be held in Yerevan, Armenia from October 6 to 9 and will include sessions on topics ranging from artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and smart cities to cybersecurity, climate change, and more.This year, WCIT will address The Power of Decentralization: Promise and Peril and explore how information and communications technology is transforming our lives for better and for worse—its impact on profits and prosperity, safety and security, democracy and humanity.
During the Lightening Rounds Innovation Program over 3 days, 15 companies and/or technologies will be showcased at the plenary session attended by 2,000 information and communications technology (ICT) leaders-CEOs and investors, policy makers and government officials, academics and technologists.

WCIT is the signature event of the World Information Technology & Services Alliance (WITSA), a consortium of ICT associations from 83 countries, representing 90% of the industry. Emma Arakelyan will be the keynote speaker at the “Empowering females through capacity building to promote technology in non-technology sectors” project and present during this this session at the Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) .
The topic of the keynote speech will be “10 Ways of Becoming Investable”. The importance of getting ready for the market and grow through the investment strategies will be highlighted with ten key factors.
