ABU DHABI, UAE — October 20, 2025 — Emma Arakelyan delivered a speech to graduate and undergraduate students at the Stern School of Business at NYU Abu Dhabi. Her talk, titled “From NYU to Venture Capital,” explored how innovation, leadership, and a leadership-driven lifestyle — rooted in her book The Business Caring Formula — can shape impactful careers and empower the next generation of leaders and innovators.
The session was described as an inspiring and highly engaging exchange, with students bringing curiosity, thoughtful questions, and a strong passion for making a difference. Mrs. Arakelyan shared signed copies of her book with attendees as a reminder that leadership starts with caring and purpose.
