Emma Arakelyan Delivers Keynote on National Identity, Leadership, and Language at Russian-Armenian University
Business leader and author addresses more than 100 students, faculty, and guests at RAU’s year-end event and a conference on linguistics and economic growth
YEREVAN, Armenia — Emma Arakelyan was invited to deliver a keynote address at the Russian-Armenian University (RAU) year-end event, speaking to an audience of more than 100 guests, students, and faculty members. Her keynote addressed national identity, leadership, the Digital Julfa program, and the importance of language knowledge in personal, community, and national growth. Attendees were engaged and inspired by her key messages.
Arakelyan also served as a featured speaker at a related RAU conference examining linguistic methods and their application to business and economic growth.
Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in management consulting — including roles as a Partner at EY and a Managing Director at Accenture, as well as her work as a venture capitalist and professor — Arakelyan discussed how language, communication, and culture play a crucial role in shaping organizational success, national identity, and economic development. She referenced her published book, The Business Caring Formula, which explores leadership and the importance of building impact and values for oneself, one’s family, nation, country, and society.
Discussions at the conference highlighted how linguistic insights can drive innovation, foster collaboration, and strengthen identity and success at both the individual and organizational level.
