Emma Arakelyan as Organizer and Speaker at Power Consulting Days Program @ CBA Dilijan Financial Center

Emma Arakelyan will be speaking and participate as the organizer of the PCD event taking in Dilijan on October 13-14, 2025. It is Module 3 of the PCD program dedicated to how invest in startups and how to support country’s startup ecosystem.

The program is organized by BDO Armenia and Orion Worldwide Innovations, aiming to equip businesses with essential knowledge and practical skills in capital markets, private equity, and innovation. The program is a continuation of their two and a half year Alternative Investments in Armenia initiative.

During the Power Consulting Days (PCD), businesses will gain essential knowledge on investments and related areas from leading experts from Armenia and around the world, and hear real success stories. Throughout the three modules, participants will also become familiar with current economic indicators, the legal framework related to investments in Armenia, and the latest legislative changes.

The Central Bank of Armenia has joined the program as an Organizational Partner. As the guarantor of price and financial stability in Armenia, the Central Bank emphasizes the development of the capital market and the promotion of alternative investment instruments alongside traditional ones, in pursuit of its mission and objectives. BDO Armenia and Orion Worldwide Innovations are implementing this strategic consulting and educational program to support the growth of Armenia’s economy. Participants will also have practical opportunities to establish connections and consult with experts.

The Swiss development organization Helvetas has joined the Power Consulting Days program as the General Partner. Helvetas is an independent development organization based in Switzerland, with affiliated organizations in Germany and the United States.

The collaboration with Power Consulting Days is carried out within the framework of the RECONOMY program, funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida). RECONOMY is Sida’s inclusive and green economic development program, implemented by HELVETAS Swiss Inter-cooperation in the countries of the Eastern Partnership and the Western Balkans.
